**Terms and Conditions for Ci Hapus Happy Dog Grooming Spa**
**1. Introduction**
These terms and conditions govern the provision of dog grooming services ("Services") by Ci Hapus Happy Dog Grooming Spa, registered in the United Kingdom, to its clients ("Clients"). By booking an appointment and utilizing our Services, Clients agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
**2. Appointment Booking**
- Clients must schedule appointments for grooming services in advance.
- Appointments are subject to availability.
- Changes or cancellations to appointments must be made at least 48hours in advance.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required OR if the service is cheaper than £20, the full amount is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. This deposit confirms your commitment to the scheduled grooming session and covers any potential losses incurred due to last-minute cancellations.
Rebooking:
Clients are allowed to rebook their appointments, provided that they notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled grooming session. Rebooking is subject to availability, and the non-refundable deposit will be transferred to the new appointment slot. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellation:
If cancellation becomes necessary, clients must inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit will be retained, and clients may choose to reschedule their appointment within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Additionally, clients may be required to pay a fee for missed appointments before scheduling future grooming sessions.
By booking an appointment with Ci Hapus, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and efficiency of our grooming services.
**3. Health and Vaccinations**
- Clients must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for their dog(s), including but not limited to rabies, distemper, and parvovirus, prior to grooming.
- Dogs showing signs of illness or contagious conditions will not be groomed and may be asked to reschedule once they are in good health.
**4. Grooming Process**
- Our groomers will provide grooming services as agreed upon during the booking process.
- Clients must inform the groomer of any specific instructions or concerns regarding their dog's grooming requirements.
**5. Handling of Dogs**
- Clients must disclose any behavioral issues or sensitivities their dog(s) may have.
- Our groomers reserve the right to refuse to groom any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior that poses a risk to staff or other animals.
- We prioritize the safety and comfort of the dogs in our care and will use appropriate handling techniques during grooming.
**6. Pricing and Payment**
- Prices for grooming services are provided upon booking and are subject to change at our discretion.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, card, or other agreed-upon methods of payment.
**7. Liability**
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of the dogs in our care, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during or after grooming.
- Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing health conditions or concerns that may affect their dog's grooming experience.
**8. Personal Belongings**
- Clients are responsible for removing any collars, leashes, or personal belongings from their dog(s) before grooming.
- We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged belongings left with the dog during grooming.
**9. Photography and Marketing**
- We may take photographs or videos of the dogs during grooming for marketing or promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested by the Client.
- Client consent will be sought before using any images featuring their dog(s) for marketing purposes.
**10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions**
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- Clients will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions via email or other agreed-upon communication channels.
